Last week of lab. I did another gel today with Jaira which was pretty fun! No results again kinda.... D. rad had a line.... I did take a picture, and noticed a possible second line under row 6... but it’s lower than the ladder, so It’s definitely not in the right spot lol.

I got together with the computer science kids this week, and Monica was able to get Tensor Flow downloaded! I’m not sure what the process was, but I know it says on her blog :)  I also did my first gel on Saturday all by myself (almost) with Chad’s help. Nothing showed :( But it was a good experience! I always seemed to walk into lab when they were in the middle of doing the gels, and I think one time I was there when we started, but one of the lab mentors did the whole thing, and I got lost lol. 

Not much happened this week because of Thanksgiving, but I continued my research on protein active sites, motifs, residues, and the LuxS protein.
